AutoNation Collision Center East Colonial

My wife and I were involved in a car accident near the end of November and had front driver-side damage with our 2018 Kia Forte repaired at AutoNation Collision. From the beginning, the process was much smoother than I expected after something as stressful as an accident. Our vehicle was in the shop for a few weeks, and during that time Zachary Quick kept us updated and explained everything clearly. He was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and we never felt out of the loop. Any questions my wife or I had were answered quickly, and he made sure we understood the repair process instead of just rushing us through it. Absolutely phenomenal people. I would tell anyone within 50 miles to bring their car here. We chose this shop because they weren't affiliated with our insurance company and when I called, Nick was super helpful and upfront. I just had a good gut feeling compared to other places. For context, we were rear-ended and brought our SUV in for an estimate. Nick assessed the damage and found things that two other shops missed. For what it's worth, they also had a more reasonable hourly rate compared to other highly reviewed shops. I also talked to Zach on the phone and he was also super helpful. The insurance company totaled our car and called the shop to explain how to release the car to them. As they explained things, Nick confirmed that any storage fees wouldn't come out of my settlement. H

I brought my car in for some work this past week and all the staff is wonderful! They really went above and beyond for me and were honest and kind about everything that needed to be done with my car which is so refreshing! I would 100% go back here if I ever needed. I was sideswiped last year in October. The at-fault’s insurance sent me to another collision center because AutoNation was not on their list of preferred vendors. That was the biggest mistake I ever made. Some of the pictures included show how my car was returned to me from this other collision center. I brought my car to Zach and Billy at AutoNation. They worked to reopen the claim, and restored my car to perfect condition. Although my first plan is to never get in an accident again, if something should occur, I will never go to another collision center other than AutoNation on East Colonial. I highly recommend them.

I am editing this review To a four star. Even though it took a long time to get the issues resolved, and there were several. I can’t say that, James, Steve, and the staff made an earnest effort effort to address every issue. At this point, everything has been addressed. I’ve had a very frustrating experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Orlando. I’ve had to bring my truck back at least five separate times to address issues that should have been resolved the first time. Not only did the initial repair take several weeks longer than originally promised, but many of the issues still weren’t properly fixed. They use after market parts and aren’t skilled at making professional repairs. One of the most disappointing parts of this experience was having to go to another shop just to get m
