I recently had my vehicle repaired at AutoNation Collision Center in Pinellas Park, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. James kept me updated every step of the way and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Michael went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were flawless — my car looks brand new again. Ryan handled the estimate and insurance process smoothly, saving me a lot of stress. Had my front bumper painted on my mustang GT at Autonation Collision in st.pete a few weeks ago, and they did a fantastic job! They did everything in a timely matter and their work is flawless.

I've lived in 3 states in the South in my 47 years and have personally had about 10 vehicles. I can honestly say that I have never had a worst customer experience than I recently had both the Collision Center as well as their main dealership Auto Nation Ford. They took 3 1/2 months to do repairs and body work from a non-injury collision that was the other driver's fault. When I picked up my vehicle after 3 1/2 months, the vehicle had multiple other issues. Insurance was 7 weeks of the delay and the collision center then took 6 1/2 weeks. My sales rep was Ryan and it turned out he managed a terrible unfinished project and gave false information all along. I highly recommend the AutoNation Collision Center, (Toyota), here in St.Petersburg. They expertly repaired my Lexus RC to like new condition! James Molinari and Michael Mitchell kept me informed and made the entire process painless. Kudos to that dynamic duo!

Brought my car to AutoNation Collision twice within a two month period. The first time they did an excellent job at a fair price. The second time the wanted to charge $4600 for a job that was quoted by another shop that I had used previously and trusted to do an excellent job, for $800. No one at AutoNation, including the General Manager of the dealership nor the manager of the Collision Department, could explain the difference in quotes. They also did not offer any apology for their outrageous quote. I think that AutoNation was simply trying to rip off me and my insurance company.
