Yes, I see you call everyday while I'm at work, and While many repairs were made to the truck, mechanically, they did not address any of the body damage caused by the wheel coming off, they also caused new body damage while the truck was in their care, they also left me with a $640 tow till to pay, so if they want the review removed or changed they need to address this with me. After all don't you charge everyone for an "Appearance package" that you can somehow "not remove" from the purchase price. Should that not cover the damage? Bought a used truck from this place and it almost killed me, it needed work, definitely needed brakes, so they installed new brakes all around and I have no idea what else, the deal didn't exactly go smoothly as it should have either but I digress as I have got

Great salesman, dealership could improve. We worked with Liam and he was excellent. Very helpful, transparent, and wants the best for his customers. He made things right where it mattered. The dealership on the other hand could improve. There were many delays on communication, repairs not complete when promised, and a few other things that needed extra follow up. Still we appreciated the professionalism from Liam and were overall happy with how things ended up. Just be ready to stay on top of the process.

I went I knowing I wanted to buy a truck but I wasn’t sure which one. When I got there I was greeted by one of the salesmen, David. He was super knowledgeable on all of their trucks. After a few test drives I ended up loving the 2025 Ram Laramie. While working numbers I was able to speak with one of the sales managers, Tyler. He was great to work with. I could really tell he had my best interest at heart. I also want to give a s/o to Brandon back in finance! He was great! He explained all of the extra warranties and add ons to help me make the best decision. After everything was said and done I was able to walk away with my dream truck. David, Tyler and Brandon at Autonation Broadway made the worries of buying a car nonexistent. I’m beyond happy with my experience and highly recommend this

The entire process was great, from searching for the right truck, test driving multiple vehicles, then actually buying it. Liam was outstanding and very knowledgeable about every truck we looked at. We will definitely go back for all of our future purchases.

Our car buying experience was easy, stress free and pleasant! They negotiated fairly benefitting both parties and that is rare. Jeremiah and Dennis in Sales were great and their finance manager was too! Impressive!
