I was greeted by Shad Gordon and he didn't hesitate on letting me test drive the car and answered every question I had about the vehicle. I decided to move forward with the purchase and Marquel Thomas helped me find the financing I wanted. The first bank wasn't the offer I wanted, but he reached out to others and found one with the terms I wanted. He also answered every question I had about the warrantees they offer and since I used to work on my own cars, I spared no detail. walked in to get a battery for my remote. the guy took my key walked back in five all good. no charge. that was unexpected in today’s corp world. it’s the little things that add up. that’s why i’ll be a customer for life.

Tough issue with one of the first ever electric Mach E's. Took a long time. There were recalls associated with it. The car was damaged by a falling ladder while in the shop. So far, good things are promised. The car was repaired under the extended warranty I purchased the day off sale, thank God. Hopefully, all will work out in the end.

I've only been here a few times but don't have any complaints. Worker always seems friendly and knowledgeable.
