AutoNation Honda 104 Service Center

I messaged the website about my interest in a car and received a message from Josh within the hour. He was transparent and honest from start to finish. It was my first time working with a dealership to buy a new-to-me vehicle, and Josh made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and when he was unsure, he was honest about it. We worked with Chelsee with the financing and paperwork, and she was also great to work with. Transparent as well, knowledge, and went an extra length to help me understand everything with clarity. They both stayed past closing hours and we're incredibly kind about it. They were not pushy during the entire process. I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others don’t go through what I did. I brought my Honda in because it was stalling and needed to be looked at. Unfortunately, the service I received was deeply disappointing. From the start, communication was poor. The advisor never kept me informed about what was happening with my car. Despite my request to update my contact information, they had the wrong phone number on file and never corrected it. I called multiple times, only to be placed on hold indefinitely or unable to reach anyone at all. After all that, I went to pick up my car and the condition it was returned to me in was unacceptable-pictures below. I expected professionalism and care, and instead I left feeling frustrated and unheard

This is the second CRV I own, although I purchased from different Honda dealers, I have found taking the vehicle back to the dealership for service is better than going to those independent or franchised auto shops. The service I received from AutoNation 104 is also better than the other Honda dealer I used for my previous CRV. For one thing, it seemed to me there are more likelihood of getting a next day appointment with AutoNation 104. Last time I had oil change, air filter change and tire rotation, I waited less than an hour which was excellent. My previous CRV lasted 13 years with no repair needed except for regular maintenance, I hope this one will be the same.

I had a great experience with Trenton and team just this week. Nothing too crazy, brakes, oil change, tire rotation. The technician actually took a video of my car with him narrating which is WAY better than other places that simply show still pictures. They applied the coupons I mentioned, responded to my texts, and had me out of there quickly. Nobody tried to upsell, only made recommendations based on fact. I bought my Accord here and have had 90% of the services done there as well so you must be doing something right!

I scheduled a appointment to bring my car in on a fuel pump recal I received in the mail on my 2018 Honda Accord Sport. When I called the receptionist was knowledgeable, courteous, and scheduled me with no problem. She informed me of other recalls that were also taken care of. I arrived an was swarmed by technician to service my needs and make my experience one to remember. They were swift and very polite. I was running late coming to get my vehicle and calked Honda an explained that there was traffic and to please 🙏 dont close cause I needed my vehicle for work the following morning.
