AutoNation Honda 104

Huge thanks to Leo and Sean at AutoNation Honda 104! Both were awesome to work with and made the whole process super easy. When the price in the ad didn’t match what showed up during the purchase, they immediately made it right and honored the posted price—no games, just great service. The car was spotless inside and out, and they even did an alignment while we were doing paperwork because I mentioned it was pulling a bit left. We got our son’s 2007 Honda Accord EX-L for a smokin’ deal, and we’d definitely buy from them again!

Autonation Honda 104 is a place I highly recommend for any new and/or pre-owned vehicle needs. The staff is very friendly and customer service very professional. The salesperson, Joseph, was incredibly helpful and eager to meet all my expectations for the vehicle purchase, from start to finish and beyond.

I had a tire that was going low every few days. So I decided to get it checked out. Made a appointment 5 days prior online. When I got there there was no appointment made on my car so I showed them my email confirmation. I had also wanted to get a oil change at first they said they couldn't do nothing about it. Then came back and said they could do the oil change. When they inspected my tires it had a nail in the tread and said it was unrepaireable so they found a razor blade in the second tire and also said it was unrepaireable which didn'teven pentrate the tire. Did not even offer to replace it as I do have a tire and wheel package. The lady was very rude Lindsey. No customer service at all. So I took it to a different autonation and they were able to help when they opened the hood

Bought a 2021 Buick Encore. Albert the sales guy was nice enough. But when it came to financing that was a different story. Of course they were nice at first and wanted to sell me the extended warranty. When I said no 4 times Muguel Bueno brought in his manager and tried again. When It refused it for the 10th time (not exaggerating) he all of a sudden got rude. He stop talking to me the only time he said anything was just to sign on the lines. Once all the paper work was done he didnt say congratulations on your new car no hand shake nothing at all. He didnt even offer to put the temp tags on the car. He just gave them to me and pretty much kicked me out. The ironic part of the whole thing was the car broke down. So definitely beware of buying a car here and dealing with the finance dept.
