Torn chairs in main waiting area where they have cars on display!? Wow, for Roseville area this is not expected. Also, over the phone they said waiting time around 1hr -1.5hrs at most, when arrived- rep stated waiting time is 2hrs for quick inspection. Customer service is just okay.

Thanks Daniel, he is very patient, but Honda's car quality is too poor, my Honda Pilot's front window can't go up, and their mechanic can't find the problem. I used to trust Honda's car quality, but now I will never buy Honda again. Honda's car quality and after-sales service are too poor.

On Friday, May 30, 2025, my daughter brought her Honda Accord Sport 2.0 to Toyota Roseville Automall for an AC repair, covered under warranty. We were informed by Alex (Toyota) that the vehicle was taken to the Honda dealership for the repair. Before dropping off the car, I took a photo of the center console, which showed the its contents. The repair was completed by the evening of Saturday, May 31, and we were given the option to pick up the car on Sunday morning, June 1. When my wife and daughter picked up the car on June 1, my wife asked if there was $10 in the center console. I couldn’t say for sure at the moment, but I referred to the photo I took before drop-off, which confirmed the presence of the money. My daughter then confirmed that the $10 was missing. Service department is bad. They told me to make an appointment so I would get first priority for just a simple oil change. Made the appointment for 20 July at 11:20. Got there and they signed the work sheet at 11:23. With my appointment I should have been priority over walk-ins, right? NO! My car was left at the entrance of the service department for over 2 hours! I complained to David, the service manager, no still nothing was done! I complained to David again after 3 hours. Finally, he says they are starting work!!!! After 3 hours and 34 minutes, David calls me that it's done. Where is my 11:20 priority and a simple 15 minute oil change!!! Ordered a part online from Honda DreamShop, a few days later it was in. Drove over before calling on a Saturday, and the service department was swamped, but the parts team was able to get me in and out in less than 10 minutes!
