Went in for an oil change and an oil consumption test as the car leaks oil and that is grounds for a new engine. Several service advisors were arguing with me. Telling me that is only good on the original owner... The types in the VIN and acted like they were showing me something, but didn't actually do anything. After the oil change was done, they sent me three things that needed to be done totalling over $1000. A time up was over $300. I bought the spark plugs and my buddy was going to put them in. When he pulled my plugs, he said they were brand new. He checked the other things on my list and said nothing needs to be done from their list. These people tried to rip me off for over $1000. Next time, I will be driving to Duluth.

I bought a used Hyundai Sonata here. I can't say much for the car because I've only had it an hour, lol, but the sales guy Angel Hernandez stayed in communication (we had to wait on the bank for a couple days to confirm my employment and such) and was professional throughout. I hope to come back in a year and get a new car from Angel! Thanks yall!

The crew lost my tire valve caps so I had to buy new ones. The car was returned a little bit late. I understand they are remodeling the shop but it could be better. Also before they use to give me a check list with everything they do and some recommendations, now I just receive the receipt. However thank you.

Nothing but paperwork issues! My wife went in April and selected her Tucson. Our sales person was very helpful, and helped make our experience a good one, but it ended with her. We have had to fill out the paperwork several times because someone there can not do their job. Now we have been waiting for 3 hours since they called this morning to inform us that they are sending someone to our house to sign the papers yet again! It is also impossible to reach anyone on the phone and they do not call back if you leave a message. Because of our salesperson, we were going to go back in February when our lease was up on our other vehicle, but due to the service, or the lack thereof, after the sale, we will be going somewhere else. I will at least give them credit for taking care of our next paym
