I bought my car here and I have only ever had it serviced here. I have been a customer for five years. This most recent experience was not good. When I pulled up it took ages for anyone to assist me. My assigned advisor was busy which was fine but it took a long time for someone else to take the car from me. Once the car was in Subarus possession I had to initiate any contact about the progress of service. I called and texted and no one got back to me. Finally someone got in touch near the end of the day with suggested repairs…. This was after 4pm. I dropped the car at 9am. Then they tell me the car won’t be ready until the next day. I had truly the best service from Joel and the team at this location. I had driven in from San Diego and began experiencing car issues on the second half of my drive. I pulled into this location just before closing on Friday and was met by the most helpful team. I told them my situation, what was happening with my car and that I needed to leave Scottsdale by Sunday. They were so kind, got me an appt first thing on Saturday morning, had an estimate on cost and timeframe to me by 9am on Saturday morning, and they had my car repaired and back to me by Saturday afternoon.
