From start to finish the whole experience was great. Nothing but positive vibes the entire time and absolutely no sales pressure at all. Starting with Christian Chang, he made everything easy and comfortable from the beginning. Then Karah Hartie was very helpful and patient making sure everything was handled right. And especially Saed Nimer, he really made us feel like we have known him forever. Very honest, easy to talk to, and just made the whole process smooth and stress free. I tried to purchase a car from Nation USA Stanford about a month ago, but the car broke down right on the dealership lot before I could even take it home. I had already financed with them, and I’ve been waiting on my money to be returned ever since. It’s now been about a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would caution anyone considering doing business here to be careful.
