I came in with my driver side head-light not working - thought it would need to be replaced. I handed over my keys and sat in the waiting area, expecting a $700+ expense. One of the staff members comes by and says "Hey, will you leave us a 5 star google review if I give you some good news right now?" I said sure. He says there's nothing wrong with my light; something came loose and just needed to be plugged back in. I'm a woman of my word so here is the review lol! The people here are very friendly and personable. I highly recommend them!

Had the best experience today with the most wonderful and beautiful Jasmine Daniel-Harvey. She is so very professional and friendly and helpful. Then Mr. Richard Ralph what an amazing guy he went above and beyond to help us get the monthly payments we wanted. What an amazing group of people!! We were out looking for a New SUV and just so happened to circle back to ANVW. We pulled in the parking lot to just look at an Used SuV that caught my eye. A salesman brought me the keys immediately so I could view the inside. The mileage was a little higher than I wanted. The salesman directed me to another SUV of the same Make & Model just newer with less miles. I fell in love with it even though it was a little over our budget. We were able to work with them a little to get it closer to our budget price & rode out in our New to us SUV. Everyone from the Salesman to the Finance Manager was very friendly & Professional. No haggling or pressure. I expected to be there forever during the purchasing process but everything went very smoothly & fast.

Word of advice DO NOT BUY anything from autonation VW. Purchased a Tiguan Dec 26,2025 it’s been in the shop for a week the vehicle was purchased with navigation. I took it in to be activated and to have a missing bolt and clip installed. Was told the vehicle came from the manufacturer with the wrong software the service tech then took it upon himself to delete it and installed new software without my knowledge or permission. The vehicle then started to have glitches (that I have on video and was witnessed by 2 employees) and I was told that videos don’t prove anything by VW. Since they fixed the error now and installed the correct software the items I had when I purchased that are missing now don’t matter and I have to just go without them. I also have witnessed them driving the vehicle

Back in 2022 I purchased a brand new vehicle with 12 miles from Hyundai which gets there title services done with Auto Nation Volkswagen. I m trying to sell it now, four year later and the title was done wrong thru the title service department here at Volkswagen in 2022. I have been patient but the ladies who work in title services, LeAndria Rockeymore and Alexis never answer their business phones on a Friday. Last Friday Feb 27, 2026 I had to drive up to their office just to speak with someone about the mistake. I have left voicemails and have verification from a sales worker that Alexis was in the office when I called today 3/6/2026 but never answered my phone calls.
