They refused to clean my car as it was dusty. I came back from Burning Man and I was thinking to do detailing but these people refused. Also, in the past their cleaning is not super quality and I had to spots areas to clean. Not recommended.

Rushed work. No attention to detail. I would avoid this location in future. I have to tell them multiple times all the uncleaned area , which they would clean upon request. But if im paying 48$ for cleaning, i would expect proper cleaning and not a rushed service.

Have never seen anything more stupidly managed like this car wash. Purposefully blocked by those cones to "avoid people cutting the line" when there's NO other cars waiting, at all. They nicely blocked the main entrance from the gas station to the carwash and demands you to "turn around" after you arrive. Be careful to wash your car when they have this type of attitude against customers, let alone they can accidentally peel off your decals or carpool sticker.

The man at the kiosk at the front was bothered that he had to put down his phone call he was on in order to ask me what kind of wash I wanted. I received zero instruction on what to do and has to find my way and read body language to know that they were going to drive my vehicle and that I had to pay inside the gas station. The man I picked up the car from just grunted and shoved my key towards my face to tell me my vehicle was done. I then tried pointing out that there was still a lot of bugs on the front of the vehicle that had not been washed, wiped, or cleaned off and he shoved the key in my face again and said "car done". He finally, reluctantly, wiped down all of the bugs and I could finally go home. Once I was in the car and driving I noticed that the inside of the vehicle smelled
