AutoPlex Collision

I got rear ended in November of this year. Took my truck to auto plex for the repairs. They handled everything including contacting the other persons insurance carrier for the estimated price to fix it. Bryce called me and told me that they found more damage than it was estimated to be. He called the insurance company and told them the cost difference and a longer repair time. Bryce called me today December the 19th and told me it was finished and ready for pickup. A whole week earlier than thought. I have to say I’ve missed my truck so much and was super excited to go get it today. I recommend Auto Plex in Alma above anyone else. I’ve always taken my vehicles there for repairs and as always they were done to brand new! Thank you auto plex!!

Had issues with the older feller not explaining stuff very well and stating that “3% of $2,000 is $600.” Hmmmm, no it’s not. Bryce was great and jumped in and helped me get it straightened out and explained all charges from the insurance and my part of the repairs. There’s a couple of scratch/paint issues at trunk that was supposed to be fixed that wasn’t. Not sure why not. Guess I’ll fight that out with insurance. Bryce was a great communicator, but overall the experience could’ve been better. I’m still giving more stars because I feel like local companies deserve our love, loyalty and business.

Autoplex is an amazing body shop! This is the 3rd time I have used them throughout the years and they have done great work on my vehicles! Also, they are very fast in getting your car back which is nice! The staff is very polite and easy to deal with! I would highly recommend anyone in my family or friend circle to use Autoplex for your next repair!
