One of the best shops we have ever used!! I had my alternator replaced and they had it done in 3 hours! Definitely recommend Bear Repair! Affordable prices! Super nice gentleman, professional, goes out of there way to help you! Will definitely use this shop again. Owner is really nice.

Got my daughter’s Mercedes in to Bears Repairs for some maintenance and repairs. It is hard to find someone you can trust around town that can even work on European cars correctly and w/o them charging you an arm and a leg. Eric and his team are top notch; very knowledgeable and helpful and fairly priced. Veteran owned and operated. And they give back to the community. I highly recommend them.

We've taken our vehicle to Eric regularly. He's a stand up dude and a straight shooter. I thought we had a problem with the radiator and took it to him to discover I'm just a dummy and an overthinker but Eric graciously walked me through it - took time to meticulously check it out and took the time to explain it all to me. He does alot in the community, and works hard. You won't regret doing business here.

I cannot say enough about Bears Repairs - and especially Eric. I commute back and forth between Bentonville and Fort Smith. On the way home (right around closing time) my car broke down. I gave Bears a call and Eric dropped everything, came out and diagnosed the problem, went to the auto parts store and got the correct piece, and then got me back on the road in under an hour. Eric was incredibly nice and knowledgeable even as he was performing my car repairs in the cold and rain. This is what all small businesses should aspire to like. Eric went above and beyond for me when he didn’t have to. I cannot express how grateful I am. Alma is lucky to have such an amazing shop in town.

I have had to use Bears repairs twice for two different issues and both times they were able to get my car in and serviced within a couple of hours and had my car back that day. They done a great job and are reasonably priced. I would definitely take my car back again.
