I purchased a 2021 truck from this dealership approximately 2.5 months ago with around 65,000 miles on it. Since day one, I’ve experienced numerous mechanical issues — including problems with the brakes, rotors, differential, control arms, and excessive squeaking in the front suspension. While I’m genuinely appreciative that these issues were addressed at no charge through their service department, I was never provided with any paperwork to confirm what parts were replaced or what services were actually performed not once… but TWICE. “Our printer isn’t working, we will email them to you.” OK… Unfortunately, the problems have not stopped.
