Make sure you document, document everything being done. Notice how many cars are in the service area. Best to go in person if several attempts to call do not work. Remain calm to avoid outside legal intervention. They have a lot of experience deflecting your concerns. Look at all paper work to make sure all your problems are listed and address. Service center connected to dealer. Also, interesting that court house is across the street from Autoprov. Stay very, very vigilant.

I initially called and chatted with a gentleman over the phone. Suggested a few different tire brands for future tire changes though suggested I come in for the simple repair. Topo was the mechanic that helped repair a tire puncture in my front left tire. It had been leaking slowly with needing to re-inflate it every few days or so. They squeezed me in and I was out within an hour. The same person I talked to on the phone suggested blunt answers to upgrading stopping power before going into bigger price territory. Come here and expect prompt service and excellent care. Topo is your guy! I'll be coming back for the damaged corner soon. 👀

I didn't have the greatest experience with the dealership, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service center. Their technician Matt is THE BEST! As a woman, you're not always taken seriously in the car world, but Matt always takes care of my car and listens to every one of my questions and concerns. The guys at the front desk are also great. I generally only need to come in every 3 months for an oil change, and every time, they're so nice!! I'm so grateful for them and the care that they give my car to keep it running for me throughout the year.

They’re great!!!! I came across their coupons on Groupon a few months back and used them for my inspection. Completely Painless! They’re customer service is Fantastic! And they work hard to make sure they get the job done promptly and accurately. They don’t treat their customers like they’re just “work;” They actually care about them. I don’t trust very many people with my car being that I have a young child but from the 1st day that I walked in there they won me over and have gained not only my trust but a loyal relationship and I have gone there for everything that I needed since then.
