Autorent of Boyertown

Autorent is the only place I rent cars from. Michele is always kind and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to her. She recently was able to get me into one of their cars instead of an enterprise car while mine was in for body work. Made the whole process that much smoother.

Quick, friendly, in and out the door. I went in for service and was told my car needed to stay due to a recall. Michele was able to get me a vehicle and on the road in a matter of minutes.

What a rip off this company is. My daughters car was taken to Bean's collision for repair. Was told that this company can give her a rental that is covered under he insurance. She doesn't have a credit card and was told I could use mine, and it was just to hold for future charges that might incur Called at 530 to pick up car by 545. Told them she was at work and we would get it in the morning. Returned it in the morning and they said all was good. Charge my card for an extra day AND for my daughter as an extra driver. All these charges were after we left the dealership. Will never use this company again..

Michele is wonderful at this Autorent location. I normally rent in Doylestown but was traveling and had some car trouble. I made it to Fred Beans Ford, they sent me over to Autorent and Michele had me on the road in a matter of minutes! totally saved my day!

Service was terrible. Would give zero stars if I could. Things were not properly explained, when I did ask questions, the woman was rude. Would never recommend, ever.
