My name is Corinne Davis. On October 31, 2025, I purchased a 2018 Lexus NX 300 from Nelson GR Chevrolet in Stanleytown, Virginia. Unfortunately, within days of the purchase, I began experiencing significant mechanical issues that have not been properly addressed despite multiple attempts to resolve them with the dealership. • November 4, 2025: While driving on the highway, the steering wheel began shaking uncontrollably. I immediately contacted Nelson GR Chevrolet and was advised to bring the vehicle in. I was told the rotors needed resurfacing and returned on November 10, 2025, after which the shaking subsided. • November 18, 2025: A loud squealing noise developed. Daniel created the best car buying experience of my over half century of buying cars. No pressure and no games. Showed up on a Saturday before closing and took a test drive. Gave good advice and reasoning. Followed up 2 days later after I had time to do my research. Told him give me best price he could and out the door #s. Got there and gone with the car in less than 30 minutes. Had all the paperwork right without delays. He delivered and didn’t waste my time. Will buy from Nelsons and Daniel again if the make is what I want.

Don’t waste your time or money. Loved my car at first but it’s had so many mechanical issues and I definitely overpaid for what I got.
