Much bad to say. When you buy an $75000 car you expect some things. Did all my purchasing online and over the phone, all numbers agreed on. Made the trip out of state. Arrive and nothing is ready to go, addresses are wrong, car is dirty and empty with gas. Am told by the end that I can’t take the car because they aren’t happy with the level of insurance I am carrying even though it meets state requirements and my loan requirements. Am told they will ship the car, in 2 days, because they don’t trust me to drive it home. 10 days later it arrives, still empty with fuel with 2 miles in the tank and 80 extra miles of driving, called a liar even though I have a picture of the ODO when I went and saw it, and a temp tag that’s ALREADY expired due to them taking so long shipping it. Waiting 3 weeks
I have high praise for the crew at Autos Only! Especially Noel! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle of my own and I had done some shopping at other dealers before hand but I greatly appreciated how honest and transparent Noel was and that’s what kept me. I feel like they were asking for a fair price for the condition the vehicle was in and Noel was wonderfully patient with all of the questions we had. They were also kind enough to have their mechanic come over and give our vehicle a quick check because we had a light come on as we were pulling into the lot. To which I am so grateful for! So I got a gift props to this place. This is a very well put together business. The staff is amazing. All of their vehicles are really good. Excellent service one person who really stood out was Shawn I’ve had three bookings with this business. All three vehicles were excellent in perfect condition super clean on time and in the perfect location. One of the vehicles was actually even brought to my house right to me and mind you this is a this is an auto dealership, but they also partner with Toro with rentals and that’s how I heard of them. This man Sean has went above and beyond each time that I pulled up even when I had an issue he made it seem like it wasn’t a problem at all, fixed it and made sure that I didn’t have to wait too long for any service. Spoiler alert for later: I was sold a car with a recall on it, that nissan explicitly states not to sell until fixed. Also it had to be in a shop for 6 weeks for another issue that should've been spotted and apparently wasn't? I found a car here online, getting a quick quote. My partner also called them to check the price as an out the door price. The first person I spoke with during a test drive told me a higher price, until I showed him my paperwork printed. The dealership is taking the 4k EV tax credit so the car was 4k more expensive than quoted. Finally, when picking up my plates from them, I was handed a recall notice. The sales experience was good for my 2017 Fiat 500e (all electric EV): low pressure, informative, pretty friendly. They even facilitated a somewhat tricky registration situation. Now it's standard practice in WA for dealers to have no warranty on used car sales. I took it for a test drive and it seemed fine, so I went ahead with the purchase. I was already disappointed they would not provide a 2nd key nor basic charging cable, also standard practice. I found out on the way home that all 3 windshield wipers were badly overdue for changing. And a little later, 2 of the 3 brake lights were out. Now we're talking about an unsafe lack of attention to detail.
