Overall a great experience getting my transmission serviced on my BMW X3. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this place. They are courteous and professional. Montana provided great customer service and their price was very reasonable.

Nice!!! I enjoyed meeting Montana, one of the shop's owners. He seemed like a really nice and honest person, which is why I decided to go forward with using these guys. I have a nice Mercedes AMG, a "real" one, not just one with a badge. The dealer quoted me $1899 for a transmission flush and fill. I saved more than $1K by having Xpress do it. It wasn't a repair, just mainteneance, but necessary maintenance for my car. I took a chance and these guys came through with flying colors. Thanks Montana! If I need service again I'll definitely reach out to you.

I had my rear brakes done here for my 2018 Lexus RX 450h. The Lexus dealership was trying to charge me an insane amount (over $1200) so my friend recommended this place to me. Everyone was extremely friendly. I called them to get a quote on Tuesday and scheduled to take it in by Thursday so they could order in the part. I dropped it off first thing when they opened and picked it up when they called me. Quick and painless! They even texted me the invoice so it was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Nice guys, very professional. But the labor costs are astronomically high compared to most auto repair shops. Called for a quote on rear brakes (pads/rotors). Was quoted around $400. When I got there was told the calliper would possibly need changing which I knew it would likely be the case. Total parts came out to $450. Labor was a little over $700 which is pretty steep. Overall, good customer service; very professional and nice folks. But the labor costs are way too high.

I have been waiting to write my review until I could report I have had ZERO issues since having my car serviced here (thank you Montana!) I recently had a transmission flush out of state as I was traveling around the country. Shortly after coming back to WA I started having issues with my transmission slipping and burning on my 2023 4Runner. The cliche "I'm a female and was nervous about taking it to a mechanic" feeling kicked in, but after reading reviews on this place, I decided to give it a go. They had my car for 2 days trying to figure out what was the cause of the slipping, and finally found my transmission fluid was filled 1/3 of the way full. A simple top off fixed it and I haven't had any problems with slipping and burning since (I even drove it through the mountain pass to Leaven
