Awesome experience at auto show us in Neptune! The team is extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to get your deal approved and completed. Our experience at Auto Show was absolutely wonderful! We visited many dealerships, but this one was by far the best. Crystal, the sales representative who helped us, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist us. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Fabulous experience. Was a bit nervous because they are a smaller dealership however they were so professional. I received multiple communications prior to my visit confirming timing and what we were interested in. They had the car fax and car info prior to the vehicle even arriving on their lot. Once it arrived we set up a test drive. Despite in-climate weather the car was clean and at the front of the lot upon our arrival. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done - they performed them on the spot. I pointed out a tire tread was low they will switch it out. They offer additional warranties which really alleviates any fear with purchasing a used vehicle. Any questions or concerns I had they answered.
