Bill was a gentleman and was easy to work with on getting a fair price on the Honda. In spite of a computer glitch that kept in the office a little longer than expected, he was apologetic as was not needed. We all know if computer acting up , no one fault. I give a high review to as I looked at lot, quite a variety of trucks, suv and cars. I initially gave this review as I was not anticipating the LONG delay in receiving title to the BMV (to which I still do not have). I also have not received a promised second key fob. Numerous texts and emails, I have been told Bill is no longer employed with AutoSmart and the government shutdown has delayed title transactions. C'mon man! Do yourself a favor and pass on this dealer.

Kris and Noah were very helpful and friendly. They were willing to do whatever needed to be done to make a good deal happen. Helped us get into a more family friendly vehicle.

Be aware ahead of time of the typical deceptive ways to pull you in, including the scam mail, pressure, and phony coupons. They will try to accommodate you to get a vehicle sold. If you're proactive and wise going in, they do seem to have pretty quality vehicles for decent prices after you talk them down. You won't get a steal here, but neither should you.
