I brought my Audi here and dealt with Chris and Jeremy. Both very friendly and professional. They assisted with new tires as well as a major repair that required engagement with my warranty. They made the whole process super easy. Fair, nice guys and good communicators. Definitely will be back for future car maintenance over the local Audi dealership. My mom also brings her Lexus to these guys and had similar good experiences

Outstanding experience here. Thorough workmanship and great customer service. I had two CarMax MaxCare (extended warranty) items addressed (check engine light/emission system issue and a cracked engine mount bushing). Five stars.

The team here is nice, professional, and responsive; however, I don’t feel this shop gives you the best value for your money and they’re certainly not timely for routine mx. I dropped my car off for a battery change and was ultimately told it would cost over $400 including the battery and labor. They also couldn’t have the vehicle ready until the following day. 24hrs and over $400 for a battery change is absurd and way outside industry standard. I called Advance Auto Parts and they charged me $195 for the battery, no charge for labor, and they installed in 15 min. Unless there’s some specialty service offered here that you can’t get at another auto shop, save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Chris & Jermey helped me diagnose, treat and fix my car! Their customer service is phenomenal!!! They are extremely thorough! They took pictures of the entire inspection to show proof of what was wrong and provided education on each thing. They provided an uber for me so I didn’t have to wait there through the inspection process & found a time that worked with my schedule to have repairs and maintenance done. They also have a lock box for keys after hours to be more accommodating to time. I’ve never experienced this level of care from a car place before! I highly recommend!!!

So I was directed to this shop by my car’s auto warranty company and then read the reviews. Huge thanks to the woman who placed a review recently saying how she saw other woman in here! I am so glad I picked this place and will be coming back and recommending them to everyone! This past week I’ve had a bunch of experiences with different mechanics and technicians and honestly the amount of talking down, over explaining, and dismissing has been pretty on par with my expectations but that is not the case at AutoStream. I felt heard and understood from the moment I dropped my car off. And I was kept in the loop repeatedly.
