5/5 — Amazing experience at Autostream! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Autostream and I can confidently say this is one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been too. From the moment I arrived, the whole place felt organized, professional, and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs. A huge shoutout to the managers Erik and Scott — they were both incredible. They where friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was explained clearly without ever being pushy or confusing. They kept things moving really efficiently and made it feel like my car was genuinly being taken care of, not just rushed through. Scott and Erik were amazing.! I appreciate the service and the explanation of the issues with my car. They made sure I got to my destination instead of spending the hours waiting in their center. The car drives quiet and smooth as a new car! New sensors, rotors and brakes...amazing. They ran a complete diagnostic on the car!! The online analysis was excellent. Now I have it in my files to refer back to at any point. They are taking care of everything! I can't say enough about the service that AutoStream provided. Autostream did an amazing job with the repairs that needed to be done on my vehicle. They gave me an appointment date that was very prompt for when I needed it. Gave me a clear estimate of all that I needed to get the car repaired. Erik the service manager had great customer service. He took time to explain to me what were the issues with the car. I took the car to have the work done on Wednesday and even though they had some other cars they had to work on, they had it ready for me to pick up by the end of the day. Inspector Nick did a superb job with the car, it rides smoothly and I was impressed that he got the work done same day for me to pick up. Erik and Bud provided excellent oil change service on my Volkswagen Atlas today! They were able to squeeze me in right before closing and work around my work schedule. I have been having trouble finding an auto shop that’s trust worthy since I stopped going to the dealership. I feel like I can truly trust AutoStream with my car. They have modern payment/estimate systems that make the process so easy and smooth. Definitely will be going back soon! 5/5 starts from me!

I was looking for a reputable and reliable Volvo delearship alternative. AutoStream was highly recommended by a friend. Scott and Bud provided excellent service and communication. I was impressed by their transparency and prioritization of my car's needs. The pricing was fair and definitely beat the dealership's exorbitant fees.
