DriveTime Used Cars

James called me while I was running errands and stated that I was eligible for an upgrade! I came in and I am walking out with a new car! I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle when I left out this morning! James, Maggie and Chevel were all so awesome, professional, patient and kind! This is my second vehicle from DriveTime and I am very pleased and I highly recommend them! Early 60th Birthday Present to ME! GOD is so good!!!!

This dealership sold me a car that should have never passed inspection. Instantly noticed tires were unsafe. Took back to dealership within 5 day return time and they deterred me to silver rock saying they couldn’t help. Silver rock gave me a in network Firestone station to take car to, and that station indicated unsafe tires, recommends replacement. Claim denied twice said recourse was with dealership. Advised dealership and they said was out of their hands. I came out of pocket and paid for inspection. Inspection failed and oil leak uncovered. This car should have never passed initial inspection. Advised customer relations and they referred me to silver rock. Took car to second in network facility. Claim is currently pending. Silver rock claims that the original tires on vehicle are not

My boyfriend came in to purchase. He called prior to had most of the pre-purchase paperwork completed. James was a huge help over the phone. We then got to speak with Nia while we were there as well. They were both wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions, addressed concerns we had and helped us along the process. By far one of easiest car purchases I’ve ever witnessed. Great atmosphere as well!

The entire experience was amazing. My sales associate, James asked question to find out what I would like feature wise and then gave me options specific for me. I will be referring friends and family member to Drive time and I will be buying my future cars here as well. Ultimately the best car buying experience I’ve ever had

My experience was amazing, I was very nervous coming in, and wasn’t sure I’d be approved after being denied from several other dealers, however thanks to Drive time and James I am proud to say I am no longer on foot. The process was easy and James explained everything throughly. I am truly grateful to drivetime and James for helping me get on my car.
