Autoteam Car Rental Metuchen

I wish I could give less but sadly I can’t. I had booked a trip with them on the Turo app and the first day they were good then their communication was garbage their car needed an oil change that took them 2 weeks or maybe more to respond. My Fiance grabbed the wrong keys when I ended up in the hospital and accidentally grabbed the rental keys and they claim I allowed her to drive because they don’t care about communication. On top of that when the car got hit I wad told I had to wait to get t belongings out and they refuse to give me my stuff which was worth a lot of money then they sold the car with my belongings inside it. Please don’t rent from here unless you want your life’s hell through the whole trip

my car was broken I went with another rental company they took long time and preferences for their regular customers then I fed up because I have to go to work than I call auto tem within 5 minutes he sent a message to send details about me like id,ins,email next 10 minutes I signed up my agreement and get the car right away I prefer for another car without any hesitation they gave me another one. I am very much comfortable with them and the car is also well maintained and quality one. I might called 10 times a day not even one time they didn't upset on me all the time they talk politely answered me. please encourage them like this company instead of big companies. I highly recommended them without any hesitation because they deserve that.

I recently found myself in a position where I needed to rent a car in a hurry. I was lucky because Autoteam was right up the block and able to accommodate us in one very easy process. It was all done remotely and quickly. The staff was very helpful and courteous and very understanding of my need to rent basis. I ended up renting the car for about two weeks. I would call up on the day it was due back and say "I need a few more days" and they were fine. Also want to add that the price for the rental was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again if I need to rent a car in the future and certainly recommend them.

Extremely happy with the car (really nice Nissan Altima), the staff (very friendly, courteous, accommodating, and I'm sorry I forgot your name), the location (walking distance from just about anywhere in Metuchen) and the rates (very reasonable), and I'd definitely recommend! Just a couple of very minor caveats, nothing that would cost them a star: 1. Online reservation process is a little quirky. Pickup time had to be 10 AM or earlier, otherwise nothing was available. There was no problem with me picking up the car later than 10 when I asked, though. 2. You MUST have your own auto insurance with collision coverage, regardless of whether or not you select CDW. Well-deserved 5-star rating!

The VW Jetta I rented was the best, made me want to buy it..and aftet returning my rental the Owner called me personally when an error was found on my bill. Great cars, Honest owner. They should be your first call when you car has to go in the shop for repair.
