I have a very wonderful experience with Autotech and here’s the story: my Avalon hit a deer and based on positive reviews online i bring my car here. I have to drive almost 2 hrs to bring my car here and totally worth it. They even give me money for an uber since i don’t have rental on my policy (I never seen a body shop do that before). Long story short, based on insurance adjuster my repairs were supposed to be cheap and fast (7) days but Autotech do some adjustments and turns out there’s a lot more damage on the car. Since my car is now deemed totaled, time for me to shop for a new car. Here’s where it gets interesting: They actually teach you how to negotiate your claim with the insurance company and I’m able to get 1000$ more than the original estimate. I had a pleasant experience with Autotech. Although my car was totaled, they were very helpful with the process. They explain things very well and are easy to work with. If my car was fixable i know they would’ve done a great job. Overall everyone was super nice & helpful. The reviews are pretty spot on, i highly recommend this place. Thanks again.

I'm pretty sure I've left a prior review, but I'm leaving another. These gentlemen are fantastic! No stone goes unturned when it comes to fixing your vehicle, and they're fast. Communication is always seemless, and they're as kind as they are thorough. They also make sure you're educated, as the owner, on your vehicle, it's worth and the insurance process. I've recommended this business to no less than 10 people already, and as long as I live in the area, I don't plan on going anywhere else for my Acuras. I’m Donna Pozzi, not Chris……I dropped my car off there after it being fixed at another place that an insurance company recommended. When I took my car home I knew right away my car was not right I. After a front end collision with a driver who pulled out in front of me, AutoTech saved the day. My insurance underestimated the amount of damage but AutoTech took care of revising the repairs and got the job done right. They don’t cut corners and they helped immensely when a part was on nationwide backorder. Without a doubt, I would tell all my friends and family that AutoTech is the way to go.
