Mavis Discount Tire

I was having an issue with my tire pressure sensors and not connecting or learning their position. I brought it in and Christie was very helpful and didn't give up until she figured out a way to solve the problem in no time. She was very professional and made it easy to explain why I had the issue. Very happy with the service.

I needed new tires because they were dry rotted, and of course this was right after the first snow storm we had this year. Christy called and left a voicemail because I needed a tire rotation, and my tail light was out as well. I was at work and did not answer the phone,. Christy is AMAZING, she was able to add on the necessary services without charging too much money. She stated that it was important to get those services done, and since I did not respond she did not feel it was right to charge me services without my consent. I was able to get 3 tires, insurance, a new light bulb for under $400. Thank you for your amazing customer service Christy.

This location is great! I am new to the area and had a great first experience here: my car caught a flat, I was able to get it towed to Mavis and they were able to repair it successfully and for a great cost. I’ve had a very low rate of ships actually able to fix my tires, and instead needing to buy a replacement. It’s been holding up great so far. I will def be coming back for my car issues, whenever they may be

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires getting an alignment done. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain what was needed, completed the service promptly, and the difference in how my car drives is immediately noticeable. Pricing was fair, and the overall customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back to Mavis for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tire or alignment work.
