This is the best auto shop I’ve ever used. Eddie and Autotech is the only shop I trust or go to for 30 years. This place is like family here in Massachusetts. The work is the best! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Eddie, the owner, and Joyce, his office manager, were both incredibly friendly and helpful. Mr. Ed is a really great car person. We traded our old truck in for a newer version. He fixes whatever needs to be fixed with a good sense of humor, smile, and good knowledge of the vehicles. I feel compelled to write this review about the experience I had buying a car last year. Basically, it went terribly. Car had multiple issues from the get go. One of the biggest issues was the rocker panels were rusted out completely ( under the tar they covered it with). The problem I'm having with that is I can't even sell the car to anyone because of the condition of the body. I wouldn't sell this car to another human being knowing what I know. After reassuring me ,after I bought the car, that this hack job was perfectly fine, to my suspicion, holes started to appear on the rocker panels from the quick fix they did to sell the car. He made me feel as though I got a deal on the car , might I add. My mechanic was horrified at the condition of this vehicle after I bought it . My bad
