Very satisfied with my experience at Autotrack!! I was impressed with the variety of cars they had. The customer service was excellent (staff was very friendly, helpful and took the time to answer any questions), the car I got was very clean and well maintained. The financing process was also very smooth and straight forward, and I felt like I got an excellent deal! If you're looking for a reliable car, I highly recommend Autotrack!

A family member bought a car August 13, 2025. The car had multiple issues from the beginning and we brought these to the dealership's attention: Valve cover gaskets need replaced, Rear suspension shot, Bald tire w/ slow leak (Joe did replace this after many attempts) , multiple things not working in the car (we replaced fuses), battery not strapped in (we strapped it), headlight out, lots of basic things broken too. Yes, she should have noticed these things but she was desperate for transportation. We let Joe & Jeff know right away and tried to work with them but they said get over it. We have taken the car to a mechanic and the cost to fix the car is $2500++ and now it is not running. I am not sure how a local business could do this. After my insurance payout due to a collision with my van, I set out to find a new car. The team at auto track I worked with was incredibly helpful and honest, addressing all my questions without being pushy or evasive. I eventually purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot, and I absolutely love it!

I traded in my 2012 Camaro for a 2013 SS car was in perfect condition. Check engine came on day after they said they could have a checked and put it on a performance exhaust the code kept coming back and it was for clogged catalytic converter so I took it to a muffler shop and was told that there was aftermarket catalytic converters causing the CEL now I don’t really mind since I was probably gonna do these mods anyways I still would’ve liked to know beforehand even with that the buying process was simple. The guys were Great and accommodating And the car looks great!

Absolutely do not buy from them! I had gotten a car through them and have had nothing but problems and no help or support from them on the car at all. Go in to ask for a maintenance report that they did before selling the vehicle and they didn’t have one the guy said oh I did the work on that car before putting on the lot just checked tires and fluids. Note there is a gash in the back tire as you can see I have to replace cuz they “checked the tires” go to refinance the car to drop my apr on it and denied cuz the bank says it’s not a good running car. I have had the car 9 months only 8-9000 miles sense I have had it. And as you can hear definitely doesn’t sound good at all and blown head gasket of course!
