My husband had an absolutely terrible experience with these people. He was trying to purchase an suv and made a 5000 $ down payment. After the dealer stated that as soon as the down$ cleared the car would be on a truck for delivery, they broke all contract with us for four days. When my husband finally got them on the phone they told us the car isn't being sent because they didn't secure a bank loan before they finalized the sale with us, which is fraud. It took well over a week after that to secure a loan after they lied to us again and stated that the only way this bank would approve our loan was that if we purchased the car lots warranty(the warranty in no way has anything to do with the bank, they just wanted commission). WARNING: This has been one of the worst experiences in my life. I found the car online and it was a decent price. I have never bought a car off the internet so this was going to be a new experience for me and I was really hoping that it would work out.
