Autowash @ Chatfield Ave Car Wash

This car wash is in desperate need of repair. Since Autowash took over, this car wash has been less than functional to the point where it will rob you of your money and waste your time. I visited today (for the last time ever) to rinse off some dirt off one of my cars that's been sitting for a couple months. Out of three self wash bays, one of them worked. The other two the stupid tablet was slow, glitchy and completely frozen. There is no longer a cash option, so I can only pay with card or their stupid app that also doesn't work. Also, I'm washing my car, why do I need an app? So Autowash can get in on user data collection and sell your personal information to whoever?? How do you know your data is safe with them? Also if you notice, there is a small camera above the tablet, why? I don't

Absolute junk. The touch screen stops working and can't change settings. The foam brush worked for 20 seconds. Took my money and could not finish washing the vehicle. Had the same problem at the other Autowash. Never again.

Used this car wash and cost was $3.02. A hold was placed on my debit card for $9.99 which is fine. What is NOT fine is they have placed two additional holds for $9.99 at different times. $30 on hold for a $3 transaction…Unprofessional and Unacceptable.

What a rip-off. No prices anywhere, I just wanted a quick rinse off no soap just water it took 3 minutes 30 seconds. Took a chance it was $9.99 insane, I could have gotten a full auto wash for that most places

Tristan was very helpful when the touch screen wasn't working. The water was hot! Which is rare on self serve car washes now. Has hooks to hang your floor mats too
