I'm not one to take time to write reviews online, but the experience I had really deserves to be shared. I had an issue with my BMW X3 and took my car to the dealer service center. They were ready to charge me $2000 to fix the issue! I knew I needed a second opinion and asked a friend if he knew any good mechanic that specializes in imports. He said go to Mel, he is the best hands down. I called Mel the next day and he spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to understand my issue and giving me advice. I was shocked as a mechanic will normally just tell you to bring the car by and that's it. I then towed my car out of the dealer and took it to Mel.
