Nikki Garand is above awesome at customer service. My husband went in and needed help with his 2004 f150 and she came out and helped figure out the problem . She was very professional and helped him come up with a solution. He had gone to another automotive place and was given zero help. When I came in to get some help and asked for Nikki she helped me and when I said that my husband praised how awesome she was and she was very sweet and embarrassed about how awesome she is We will go back to Auto Zone in Aberdeen Md because of her and the rest of the staff Highly recommend this place for auto help

Was in there a couple of weeks ago and experienced what I considered the best customer service of my life (and I'm old). Nikki was unreal. Her speed, competency, and professionalism blew me away. She found what I needed, found special tools to do the install, came out in the freezing cold in the dark and did it all for me. Unreal. I'm going to this store from now on.

My rear view mirror fell off yesterday. Came in for help. Jim was very helpful and kind. I couldn’t Have figured it out without him. I appreciate his time and effort to ensure I had everything I needed. He really went above and beyond.

Everyone here was wonderful to work with. Especially Tommy who took the time to calm me down, change my battery, and even checked to make sure my starter and alternator were good. I will absolutely be back!!!!
