Victor Hernandez demonstrated Excellent Customer Service while going above and beyond. He was VERY patient with me. I had pics of 6 different parts for my car and he looked them all up and pulled them all for me. He even made a couple great suggestions that my mechanic said we're excellent suggestions, so I bought another 2 parts fir my project. There was one item that they did not have in that store. So he called around on my behalf, and had it put on hold for me to pick-up. It was there waiting when I arrived. My phone died during this transaction, and I was not in a car with navigation system. Victor wrote down the entire directions for me. I would actually give him a score of 10 instead of 5 if I had 10 stars to select. Thanks Victor, you made this old lady's experience less st

Went in there clueless as I couldn’t figure out how to install my windshield wipers after purchasing them. I explained to Daniel that I was having a hard time and thought I had broken them. Daniel was super respectful, didn’t judge me, and assured me he could help after disclosing not being liable and responsible if anything went wrong; I didn’t care I was just in desperate need of getting them on. He did it in less than a minute and sent me off my way. Daniel was overall great and provided me with outstanding customer service! Thanks Daniel appreciate you!

AutoZone is a kind of self service place right?? I was there for a pickup of a clear coat auto paint pen, and it took way longer than it should have. Use the internet and delivery much better!
