William was awesome. I rolled in with 2 minutes left to go on a Sunday for a part I needed that night. After working all day alone he was incredibly friendly and helped me get back on the road.

Maliek was so helpful! There were three staff in the store but he was doing everything from checkout to answering the phone to using the fix finder. I had to wait a few minutes since he was covering all the jobs but he was very kind and helpful when it was my turn. Wish the other employees were helping customers so the wait wouldn't have been as long.

Went for a simple engine scan. Older gentlemen had an attitude as soon as I asked for a scan. After retrieving the codes he threw the scanner in the trash after getting frustrated at the screen. His coworkers took it out of the trash and told them it's not the devices and it was him doing it incorrectly. On the way outside I could tell he was extremely frustrated for having to scan twice. Then he said he can't scan after the device stated that it couldn't find any codes. All he had to do was follow the steps that his coworkers tried to assist him with. He Then began going on a rant about how he's the assistant store manager blocking my door to leave. Other coworkers seemed to have good customers service.

It has been the best experience so far for me at Auto Zone today. My car battery and window blades need replacement. I came to Auto Zone on Jackson road today. They were very knowledgeable, was able to help me quickly find out the battery and blades matching my car. To my surprise, the sells associate Mailek offered to replace the battery and blades for me. In just ten minutes, all parts were fully installed. I was so impressed by their top notch customer services and will come back again whenever I need any auto parts.

The employees here are consistently rude. I’ve experienced this multiple times, but today’s event has led to this review. When I got to the counter to checkout, the employee behind the register did not say anything to indicate he was ready to check me out. He just stared at his screen, so I assumed he wasn’t ready yet. Then after 20 seconds, he rudely asks if I’m ready, as if I was doing something wrong by waiting for him. The bare minimum of customer service is providing verbal cues to the customer. Yes, it is the job of the employee to initiate communication with the customer. Avoid this place if you can…there are many options for auto parts in the area with more pleasant employees.
