I arrived at AutoZone with a dire emergency and the staff went above and beyond to make sure i left their store in a safe care. The manager José Cotto and employee Eddie we’re highly profesional and caring. I am very grateful for their assistance.

Anjelyss was awesome at helping me change the batteries in my car key fob. I had no idea what I was doing and we looked my car model up and were able to watch a quick how to video and she found the batteries right away. So quick and knowledgeable.

I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone because of an employee named Octavia. She was rude and argumentative, yelling at me and another employee in the parking lot. She acted like she wanted to fight, showed no manners, and was very unprofessional. She told the other employee he has other employees to help and that there’s a long line, so he needed to get back into the store and leave me outside. Hose was very helpful and got the matter taken care of in a professional manner. This store is normally handled with much more respect than this. They made a mistake by bringing her on board.

Upon arriving at AutoZone on 841 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Apopka, Florida, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff. The manager, a young black woman, was complaining about a customer requesting a cool flow exhaust. The staff’s conduct was unacceptable, particularly when a gentleman on the phone displayed an attitude towards the customer in front of me. The manager instructed a white Caucasian woman to rank up my item as a commercial, asserting that I would not receive any compensation for this item since I was using my commercial account. I did not request any favors or discounts; I simply wanted my item to be rung up as a regular customer. I believe that the entire team responsible for that night’s operations should be trained.
