AutoZone Auto Parts

Shout-out to the sales clerk at this store in Artesia. Normally, I frequent another auto parts store. Unfortunately, their location in Artesia creates a suction so strong, it can compete with a vacuum and probably win. So I went to this Auto Zone location, and damn if I was not impressed! The clerk went above and beyond to help me get my ride back on the road! Even though the part was not in stock, he called nearby stores and confirmed stock before letting me make a trip. Then before he sent me on my way, he actually came up with a viable alternative that would save me a trip. But I opted to take another vehicle to the store with stock. Still, the fact remains...that clerk went above and beyond his job duties. My only regret is not getting his name so that I could give him a prope

What a blessing!!! I was traveling and an engine light came on - I needed OBD and I needed it quick. It was near the end of the day, and I had too many miles in front of me to discount an engine light. The young man who scanned the code was an absolute gem - unfortunately, I don't know his name. He ran the diagnostics, went over the results and made suggestions; gave me the printout to refer to. I was able to locate a dealership and get the part replaced. I am so grateful to the AutoZone and especially for the young man who helped me.

Needed my headlight changed and was greatly assisted by workers! Very friendly and helpful!!!

After what we had was a horrible day we had some amazing and above and beyond customer service while here the past two days working on our vehicle. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of amazing job to Kamryn Collins and his team thank you all
