Our car had a bad breakdown between Artesia and Roswell, Henry came out and got us taken care of and towed home right away! Super fast and friendly service and very affordable for the distance we had to have it towed
My dad had a blowout coming home from el Paso with 2 flat tires, it was Saturday and I was worried no one answered the phone, I looked up town companies; Royal service popped up and Michael answered the phone, the first ring. He said don’t worry about him I’m on my way. It was 101 degrees out and Michael had my dad back in town in 22 minutes. Thankful that there is still good people out there!! I definitely recommend this company!!!
AAA sent Henry with Royal Recovery to tow my car to a tire shop and the way I was treated made it a true honor to meet such a man. I wish there were more people like him.
The dispatcher was kind, polite, courteous and went above and beyond trying to assist me when I was locked out of my vehicle. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing towing/lockout services.
My vehicle was involved in a crash, they took care of towing it &’ answered all of my questions. Price is good as well, wonderful people. I definitely recommend them if you ever need a tow truck.
