Been coming for years but the employees all except 2 are so rude no introduction when you walk in. You tell them what need and they act like they have no clue. Have to wait on managers override. OK 10 mins later I ask where is the Manger oh around corner outside talking to other managers. I went and kindly asked if she would do override. She went in store looked at the boy and said he is capable of completing this task of yours went back out. He then waited for another boy. We finally got out! We've decided we are not going back. Everytime which is often we own a business so I know a little. It's sad when they stop valuing customers and are plain rude. Good luck. The manager is female blonde who acts like we and others haven't any knowledge.

I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. After a horrendous day where my windshield wiper had came off three times in the rain, I called Athens Auto Zone and explained my issue and Lucas told me to come on over and he'd take a look. He came out in the pouring rain not only to check it, but he came back out after I purchased a new wiper blade and installed it for me while getting soaking wet and had a great attitude the whole time. Thank you Lucas for your EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!!

I want to give a huge thank-you to AutoZone Store Manager Holly Smith and her team. After my battery replacement, I had some electrical issues, and when my car completely lost power the next day, Holly personally stepped in to help. She immediately sent Bobby to meet me a couple of miles from the store and tighten everything down to make sure I was safely back on the road. Most places would have told me to tow the car in, but they went above and beyond with real customer service. Holly and Bobby truly cared, and they followed through on everything they said. I really appreciate this store — they stand by their work and take care of their customers.

John at this Autozone did a fantastic job and got me taken care of quickly! I just needed a battery and I was in and out with the battery installed in about 15 minutes. Great customer service and very helpful people here!

I called close to closing time because my light came on I got there right at closing and they checked it for me with no problem and printed my paper at 8:58 he was very nice and wasn't mad at all by it being so close to closing
