I went in to the new AutoZone on a very rainy day and was clueless about putting on new windshield wipers, but Joseph was wonderful and helping me to put them on and explaining to me how to do so and the manager was absolutely amazing as well. You need to check it out. AutoZone is great!!

Miguel and Josue greeted me as me as I entered the store. I went in to purchase a small item and found some great deals. When I got ready to pay. I asked them about a noise with my vehicle and they diagnosed the problem and answer. Glad I was able to get the help needed. They were willing to take the time to help. Thank you.

Mr. Allen was is an absolute blessing! I was stranded outside of AutoZone, and went in to ask for help. Mr. Allen tested my battery, helped me pick another one, and installed it for me! It turns out I needed a new cable as well, and Mr. Allen installed that as well! It’s so rare to find someone as knowledgeable and kind, but AutoZone certainly is the place. Thank you to AutoZone and Mr. Allen for all their help. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I’m very impressed with the customer service here. Knowledgeable staff. After buying some extra parts for my vehicle (wipers, filters, etc) they even installed them for me at no charge. This would have otherwise cost a lot more if I had gone to a typical mechanic. I will always visit this store first before going to any of the mechanics in town. Allen in particular is very helpful and professional.
