needs new employees. they were not coherent on the phone. told me my battery had a dead cell so i bought a new one. turns out my battery was fine and the starter was the problem. expensive it cost me. poor service. ignoring customers. could answer simple questions. wouldnt install a battery i bought. wouldnt pull the codes out of my vehicle. i ended up going to a competitor. enough money wasted here.

I had the best help ever. Had a bad battery and one of the guys took out the old one and put the new one in. Best service ever. The battery was really bad.

I’m leaving this review for my mother. She is elderly and I live out of state. I was on the phone with my mom when she went by auto zone and asked for help. The store manager was so kind to her. He went above and beyond his role. He came outside and helped her as best he could. In a day and age where most people aren’t willing to help others, I’m grateful that the people at this store are willing to help a little old lady like they would help their own mother.

Easy in and great parking lot had everything we needed for our project!

Great place,very convenient and friendly staff definitely will be back again
