These guys are the best, after you buy your parts online and they confirm your order. Said parts are not in the building. 70 minute drive wasted! And don't ask for a refund, whoa! That's too much apparently getting your money back when your merchandise is not available is a 2 person challenge. Maybe when you hire based on competency instead of wanting to eyeball a wannabe goth girl you will have better customer service. I already emailed customer service and they have yet to respond. Come to find out the location charged me again the day after. So much for trying to make it right

A big thank you to AutoZone for helping me out when my battery died while parked at Walmart. Their Associate Riley drove over in his own car with a portable jump starter and got me going. He then followed me to the store and installed a new battery. Excellent service all around.

Customer service was outstanding today. Wanted to replace my rear wiper blade. James went above and beyond looking for a replacement and had to jerry-rig the attachment. He was unhurried, patient and kind AND got the job done cheerfully on a cold day!! Kudos and thanks!
