I was helped by Jamal when I my car unexpectedly started shaking. As I am new to the Augusta area, his advice was straightforward and solved my issue almost immediately. I paid for the part and he helped me understand everything and answered all of my questions. Definitely a great representative of AutoZone as a whole and has made this location a go to for me.

My son ended up at this Auto Zone to have his battery tested, and was told that the problem was his alternator. He said the person who helped him seemed very efficient and courteous, but it was just before closing time, and he ended up stuck in the parking lot waiting on a ride, and we had to tow the car the next morning. When it arrived at our mechanic he called to say the alternator was fine, and all it needed was a new battery. So, we wasted $125 on a tow, plus my son was stuck without a vehicle for 24 hours. I called to speak with someone about it and the woman I spoke with was very argumentative - I was just trying to make them aware that either their process or their equipment was defective. Great place to shop.

This store needs to be closed and the manager needs to be fired! Went to Check and see if I had a part still under warranty manager says he can’t locate the part or doesn’t see where I have the part on my account and this is the only place I shop two auto parts. I stated to the manager that I usually do business in Columbia county at another location but my mechanic was closer to them he stated that I should go back to that location proceeded to the deans Bridge location and they told up my account and the parts were there the manager at the Millville location was very confrontational and may be seen in front of multiple customers
