Amazing customer service, kindly helping my grandparents throught their car troubles

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Tim as he was very professional and kind. Prior to me arriving to the store, I called the day before and Tim confirmed the inventory I needed and advised it was in stock. Tim removed the old battery and installed the new one. It was also nice witnessing how kind he was to other patrons in the store, being very attentive and helping relieve their concerns for their emergencies. I also wanted to give a thank you Jason who I spoke to on the phone as well and offered to help. Lamont was also very kind and helpful, it is wonderful to see these gentlemen work as a team.

It was Sunday my car battery died and I had to get a jump to get there. Just was hoping I’ll be able to get a new one. I met Yaya she was very helpful look at my battery and knew it was dead just from the smell coming from it. Then Tim came he took it out he said the battery was leaking. I had no idea it was. He got me a new one put it in and I was on my way. Thanks to them they were very helpful.

Christina, the store manager, is a God sent. Very professional and because of her I was able to take my baby to college. If yall want a fair, honest, and respectful person handling your car parts this Manager and store is the store you want to spend your money with.
