Chad provided outstanding customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind during a stressful situation. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and safe to continue our trip. His professionalism and compassion truly stood out. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him on their team.
Employee tired to tell me I didn’t know what engine I had in my truck and it wasn’t even an option for my truck. We went out and I was like see there it is straight from the factory. Turns out he didn’t even have the make in the computer right. I use to run a shop and do a lot of my own maintenance and another employee told me I was buying the oil for my truck once. It is clearly on the oil cap what to use. Do better.
Sarah the manager needs better communication with her staff members especially when taking a returned part and sending them away without the part or receipt or our money back then go to grab the card thay was used (becuz we left it and it was needed understandable) but before I walk out I ask her if we need anything to show that we just returned the part and continue where we left off... well we get back she's not there and nether is the other guy so now we have nothing to show to them or any note from them letting them know . And even after explaining to the rocky young guy that claimed he was a manager but no manager ability to do anything was so arrogant it was pittiful... all he had to do was say " she didn't leave a note or anything but let me step to the side and see if I can get aho
Just went in to try to get a sensor for my truck and instead spent the entire conversation being questioned by the really old guy behind the counter. If it's actually my truck, did I get a divorce? Are you sure it's not your husband's? He wasn't even paying attention when I tried to answer questions about the truck. It was an incredibly frustrating experience to be made fun of just because I'm not a man.
I would say it's the best AutoZone in all of Beckley! The commercial manager Sarah is super cute!
