Deb provided really great customer service. My wife needed new wipers on our car and Deb and her coworker spent several minutes installing them with a very pleasant and friendly attitude despite installation on this particular vehicle being challenging. Great, clean store. We will continue to buy our automotive supplies here!

Called about a certain size nut. Gentlemen refused to check if they carried it. Told me I would have to come check for myself. I called O'Reilly's right after I got off the phone. They happily looked on there computer and found they didn't have the size nut i needed ( which saved me the time of driving all the way up). They ordered it for me and had it in two days.

I needed wiper blades for my car. Easy. I got home and tried to install said wiper blades. I watched 3 you tube videos on installing wiper blades. 40 mins later my neighbor swaggered over to “show me how it’s done” 15 mins later he told me they are the wrong wiper blades. I drove back to the store. An amazing woman with awesome purple fingernails said, “let me take a look” 2 mins later my new blades were installed and my jaw was dropped. She said “next time you buy blades here, ask us to install them”. #Rockstar! And yes, I rushed home to tell my neighbor that she was able to do it in seconds, and he should bow down to the lady with the purple nails at Auto Zone!! Thank you!!!

Talk about going the extra mile. I just met John ledbetter yesterday and my tie rod snapped in half in Bangor he not only recommended a great towing company Mores and sons. He got me the best prices on the parts I needed and helped me so the work free of charge employee of the Year this man needs a raise.

We had to replace a year and a half old battery on Sat and were helped by Bryce. He was amazing as he got us a new battery( thank you Duratest for an awesome 2 year warranty) and took the time to clean the tray and connections and tell us about watching for the acid leaks. He spent at least 20 min and was so helpful and thorough. Deserves to be recognized!!!
