Thank you Candy, Nathan, Faith, and Dalton for your excellent care and service!!!!!! I have never had such a good experience getting my car worked on. Thank you all for every part you had in helping me yesterday! I typically dread having work done on my vehicle, and after my experience at VIP, I'm looking forward to next time. Truly, thank you all SO much! You guys are the best.

Had been told by another (not VIP) shop that I needed a new battery, so when I went to VIP for a vehicle inspection, I expected to be buying a new battery. But VIP's testing showed all good. I haven't been having any battery issues, and VIP repeated the test to be sure. Thank you for your diligence and for saving me some $! Staff was also pleasant, helpful. Much appreciated...

First time I used the services here and I was very pleased. The staff was very attentive to every customer's needs. I was getting 4 new tires mounted & balanced but they also checked a couple of the air filters which were not so good (and it had been a while). They checked the alignment and found it good so no charge. I will definitely be back the next time I need standard maintenance done. Thank you VIP-Belfast!

From the time I got there until the time I left I was treated with great respect from all the employees I encountered during my visit. Nathan took the time to explain all my options as well as the product information so I could make an informed decision.. He was so incredibly helpful! My appointment took way less time than they had initially told me that it would. For that I was that much more grateful!! I received such GREAT service!

My truck broke down while completely loaded in the midst of a house move. Candy and others quickly accommodated me getting the truck fixed the next day. They even kept my house plants inside their office so they wouldn’t freeze. They went out of their way to help me. Great people, great service!
