Marv (i believe his name is) is a WONDERFUL worker! He is very kind and was very helpful the entire time when helping me figure out my battery issues!! He is such a hoot and it seems everyone around him adores him and recognizes the care he puts into his work as well.

My family and I were coming home from a camping trip and our truck broke down and we got it to the auto zone parking lot where they helped us tremendously!!! We were a couple hours from home. The workers bought my daughter and I sodas and gave our dog water and let us stay inside awhile to stay cool while my husband was trying to fix the truck. We were there for several hours and they checked on us the whole time. We appreciated the help with our vehicle and how well they treated us during this rough time.

I had a check engine light come on in my car bd I went into the store. They were friendly and came out to my car with the code reader. They were able to tell me exactly tly what was wrong and how much the part would cost me. They even gave me a detailed print out of the code my car was throwing. Amazing customer service!!

I'm VERY appreciative of the staff and service at the Bellefontaine branch. They're patient and explain everything, and do whatever work they can there at the store, and even offer advice on the best product for the cost.

Very rude, I buy all my parts from autozone. I have a wheel bearing going out while on the road and it's under warranty. I have no way to take it off because they won't let me work on it here. I've never been to a more unfriendly autozone in my life. I will never come here again
