The Auto Zone team is always helpful. They even returned an item I had previously purchased that was outside of their return period but gave me store credit as I needed to buy something else. Awesome helpful people!

Always love this place! They are very helpful and supportive to your questions. I have had them code read my truck before and help me through both simple and complex codes. More recently Elizabeth helped us with figuring out a wiper blade adaption issue. She was very helpful with finding the right replacement units. Safe place to ask the questions you need without feeling awkward with auto issues!

Had a battery issue & Elizabeth helped me get a new one. When I returned the next day to check the alternator, we found out that the battery had low voltage. Liz helped me again with the exchange for a new one. Blake helped install it. We tested it again and it was all good (except for the alternator that I have replace). Had a very positive experience with knowledgeable people. I would highly recommend this store!

Chris L. is super helpful, thorough, spends his time jumping all over the place to help EVERYONE in such a well juggled manner. He is so kind, patient, and thorough the entire time he is helping multiple people at once. He gives very thorough knowledge and advice that is above and beyond what is standard, and I often see him teaching details to other staff members. This man is holding down the fort and I would give him a raise, not only for the work ethic but the incredible attitude to go along with it too.

Mark is the man! The whole team is really knowledgeable and their service was excellent. I had to make a return and it was no hassle at all. I also bought window tints and feel really happy with my purchase and the guidance they gave me to find the right product.
